The results of the WMS implementation were impressive. "Leo сeramika" was able to reduce the number of employees in the warehouse by 24%, increase the efficiency of warehouse space utilization by 35%, and reduce order picking time by 45%.

Most importantly, the percentage of discrepancies between inventory and actual balances has virtually dropped from 11% to 0.3%, which has significantly improved the accuracy of accounting and the matching of inventory to orders. This improved the company's financial performance and contributed to its development.
